We all Have the Same 24 Hours...

We've all heard it.... "We all have the same 24hrs in a day to get things done."

But that really isn't true, is it?

I'm a married dog mom who works from home. I have a lot more hours in my 24 hour day than a single mom who commutes an hour to work.

But why does that matter? How does it impact your goals for health and wellness?

Well, for starters, it makes it easier for me to prioritize things that benefit my health and wellness. Like meal prepping, Or multiple workouts. Even having set bedtimes and wake ups. It's easier because I generally have less on my plate.

But that doesn't mean it is impossible for anyone who has more responsibilities. What that does mean is you have to prioritize better and be greedier with your time.

You have 30 minutes in between two meetings at work? Get around the block for a walk for 15 minutes. You have an hour and a half in between when your kiddo goes to bed and you need to call it a night? Spend that time preparing your lunch and snacks for the next day. You have 45 minutes of uninterrupted time in between your wake up and when you need to start getting ready for work? Get a workout in.

There are ways everyone can improve when it comes to prioritizing the way you spend your time. You have to be intentional and mindful, but it is not impossible. Challenging? Absolutely. Once you start making those changes and intentions to use your time in a way that contributes to your health and wellness rather than detract from it, it begins to become natural.

Still not sure how to make the most out of limited time but want to feel better and have more energy? Send me a message and let's discuss what you are facing and how to capitalize on a crunched schedule.
